This 60 minute class is broken into 20-20-20, offering you Essentrics for length, Dynamic Pilates for strength and soothing floor stretches, leaving you refreshed and calm. This is well-rounded fitness! Tuesdays, 6pm

Core and so much more! This is targeted, full-body resistance training!

Barre for balance and strength, this fun, standing-only workout at the barre and centre floor will build full-body strength and improve balance. This is where functional fitness meets the grit and grace of Barre.
